Personal health
Daybook
A health record, kept day by day.
Capture a meal, a headache, a dose of medicine or a blood-pressure reading in a few seconds — or just tell Sparky what happened. Then bring the record to your next appointment instead of trying to remember it.
What it does
Inside Daybook
Logging that takes seconds
A photo of the plate, a spoken sentence or a couple of taps. The point is that it gets logged at all, which means it has to be quicker than not bothering.
Talk to Sparky
Tap the microphone and say what happened, or type it. Sparky answers questions about your own log and drafts the entries. Nothing is saved until you tap Save.
Your medicines, and when you took them
Keep the list of what you take, and tap Took it each time. Doses sit on the same timeline as your symptoms, so you can see what you took and whether it helped.
Workouts from your own plan
Load a training plan from a PDF or a photo, or build it by hand. Today’s session is one tap per set, with a rest timer and what you did last time beside each exercise.
A record you can hand over
Print or download the log for your doctor or your lawyer. Every entry shows when it happened and when it was written down, and later edits are kept, not hidden.
Gaps are shown as gaps
A day you did not log is a hole in the chart, not a zero. A trend line that quietly averages over missing days is worse than one that shows you missed them.
Built for anyone tracking something over time — a condition, a change, or a question they want answered before the next appointment.
Daybook is a record-keeping tool. It does not give medical advice, and it is not a substitute for talking to a clinician.
